“Mo & Friends” is a unique weekly experience brought to Samana lounge by local DJ Mo:Rockin and Colorado based music collective Rebel Stoke. The concept is the brain child of local Vail promoters, Morgan Menco and Austin Gavlak, and their mission is to introduce people to new music by bringing their friends from the music industry to their small town. Each Wednesday will feature different artists and styles within the genre of EDM (Electronic Dance Music). This event will provide an intimate setting to hear and interact with some of the best up and coming artists from the “underground” music scene.

Mo & Friends begins on Nov 21st with Boulder superstar RAW RUSS (Elm & Oak). He is a multi faceted artist that has been djing for 15 years, crushing stages with a wide variety of acts including tours with M.C.s and solo sets. Raw Russ brings a focused attack on hard beats and dance music and also acts as Co-owner of Label/Brand “Elm and Oak”.

Some of the other artists confirmed for the rest of 2012 are SUPERVISION (Pretty Lights Music), POSSO (Volcom), and PROPER MOTION (Boulder).
