Bassnectar just released his newest music video for “Ugly ft. Amp Live” yesterday. As you would expect from Bassnectar, this video is pretty out there and crazy. It features all the dictionary definitions of the word Ugly for the build up, then you can spot Bassnectar sporting an addidas track suit, dancing like a wild man. Then when the drop comes, the video transforms and maniples the faces of the people in the video. Pretty out there, but always a good watch from Bassnectar. If you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple months, I think you should know that Bassnectar is having two shows at Red Rocks on June 1st and 2nd. The second night is sold out already with a lineup up of VibeSquad and Flying Lotus and Elm and Oak’s own RAW RUSS! The first night sports a lineup of the legendary Diplo and new comers, Keys N Krates. Grab tickets to the first night before it sells out, HERE!
The Break Science boys have done it again with their newest remix, which features the pair’s signature genre defying hip-hip/jazz fusion sound over the smooth voice of Florence. The Brooklyn based duo has been killing it lately, from release of their new EP, Monolith Code, to their remixes of Rihanna and recent collaboration with Gramatik. Make sure to check them out this summer as they slay the festival circuit, but in case you can’t make the trek, they are also playing a three night Colorado run that is promised to get rowdy!
